Practicalities
Bemos run between Mandalika terminal, Sweta and Lembar, connecting
with the ferry and catamaran services to Bali. If you're arriving
at Lembar from Bali and need transport you'll find the bemo drivers
are hard bargainers; the price should really be about Rp 1.000 to
Mandalika terminal. The hassles in Lembar are one good reason to
book through to Mataram or Senggigi with Perama or another tourist
shuttle company.
THE most accessible accommodation in the area is around Lembar;
try the Sri Wahyu losmen on Jalan Pusri 1, Serumbung, signposted
from the main road

but set
in a garden
and there's
an attached
restaurant
You can arrange
trips
from here
to Gili Nanggu for Rp. 40.0000 one-way and Rp 80.000 for a day-trip
returning the same day. A few hundred metres further north, on the
main road, the concrete Masuri is small and has simple rooms set
far enough back from the road not to be too noisy.
