A. Normally our standard production time per container is six (6) weeks. This however depends on the items that you request. If your request is on our stock we can deliver to you once you agree with Terms & Conditions.

Q. Can you produce custom models?
A. Yes, Please send us your rough design or sketch with some measurements and that's it. You can modify our current items to the sizes you prefer and we will inform you how long does it take finish them.

Q. How do you deliver?
A. Bali-product-export.com product seeks to bring your order nearest to you and will ship your order to a port at your convenience via reliable shipping agent. Normally, it takes 6 weeks shipping time.

Q.How do we make payment?
A.Only Letter of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) are accepted.

Q. How do I amend my order if need be?
A. Any adjustments to your order after the agreement is sealed will be subject
to approval on a case-by-case basis.

A. All items are packed in carton boxes, according to the number of pieces as indicated in the product details.

A. Please contact us with a description or photo and we will help you source for a good deal from our partners.

Q. Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
A. Yes. The minimum order quantity is a full 20ft 0r 40ft container load which can be shipped to your nearest shipping port. If you want to do Trial Order or LCL (Less Container Loading, we must share with another company to ship your order economically.
